Eligibility Window

Returns must be sent (or postmarked) within 30 days of your order's original shipment date. Returns received after 30 days will be refunded in the form of store credit. All returns received after 45 days will not be accepted.

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit

  • Giftcards
  • Givaways or promotional items with retail value
  • Returns received in damaged/worn condition
  • Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date
  • Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error
  • All accessories, shoes, scarves, intimates, photoshoot gowns, baby products, skincare, bags and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchange

PinkBlush reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and update this Policy at any time without notice.

If an incorrect or personal item is returned in error, we will do our best to locate the item, but PinkBlush is not liable for anything returned to us in error, and cannot guarantee it is found and returned. If the package has been delivered to us, please contact customer service and we will do our best to return the item back to you. If the package is still in transit, please contact the mail carrier and request a return to sender.

International Returns

Returns are easy! If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days from confirmed delivery date. To start, follow these 3 easy steps:

  1. Place all the items you want to return back into the original package or use your own packaging.
  2. Include the original invoice or e-mail confirmation receipt in the package. If you cannot locate the invoice, give us a call 949-393-4200 or email us at [email protected].
  3. Take the package to your preferred carrier, pay for postage and send the package to:

Simple as that! Returns are processed within 7-14 business days of receipt and the payment is refunded back to the original form of payment. (Shipping charges are non-refundable.)

When purchasing postage, we strongly encourage you to insure your package and record the tracking info. Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages which are not shipped with our label, and your return shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.

Coupon Policy

  • Only one coupon code can be used per transaction.
  • Coupon codes cannot be used on flash sales, clearance items, accessories, on specified third party brands, or combined with any other promotions.
  • The customer has 24 hours from the date of their purchase to contact customer service and have the new sale price applied to their order as long as no flash sale or clearance items were purchased and no other coupon codes were applied to the order.
  • If it is past the 24 hours from the date of purchase, we cannot apply a new sale discount to an existing purchase and cannot apply any additional percentage to an already placed order. No exceptions.
  • If an order has already been placed and a coupon was mistakenly not applied please contact customer service and we can have it adjusted for you.
