Return Policy
We accept returns of eligible items postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns received after the 30 days will not be accepted. All U.S. returns are eligible for FREE return shipping when returned through a return bar. When shipped via pre-paid label, a $5 fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of PinkBlush Store Credit, via eGift Card. Refunds cannot be issued to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

All items will be inspected upon arrival and must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, unaltered and with all original tags attached to the garment. Items returned with obvious use, pet dander, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.

- Returns received after 30 days of the original order delivery date

- PinkBlush eGift Cards
- Giveaways or promotional items with retail value
- Returns received in damaged/worn condition
- All accessories, scarves, intimates, photoshoot gowns, skincare, bags and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchange
- Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged
Refund Methods + Exchanges
Refunds are issued to your original method of payment or in the form of PinkBlush Store Credit, via eGift Card. Refunds cannot be issued to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
- PinkBlush Store Credit, via Instant Shopping -If you choose to receive your refund via PinkBlush Store Credit, you will be redirected directly to the website to spend instantly. By shopping instantly, your return fee will be waived. If you wish to shop at a later time, please select PinkBlush Store Credit via eGift Card. NOTE: PinkBlush eGift Card balances cannot be transferred to credit cards or to any other methods of payment (Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Paypal, etc).

PinkBlush Store Credit, via eGift Card (Get your refund faster!) -If you choose to receive your refund via PinkBlush Store Credit, you will receive an email with your PinkBlush eGift Card as soon as your return package is received and scanned by the carrier. All PinkBlush Store Credit refunds will receive an additional $5 reward. Rewards are non-refundable. If you are returning items that were paid for using an existing PinkBlush eGift Card, you will be issued a new PinkBlush eGift Card with an updated balance.
NOTE: PinkBlush eGift Card balances cannot be transferred to credit cards or to any other methods of payment (Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Paypal, etc). - Original Method of Payment - You will receive a refund to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days after your package is dropped off at a return bar, or received and scanned by the carrier.
- Combined Payment Method (PinkBlush eGift Card + Other Payment Methods) If you used a PinkBlush eGift Card combined with another payment method, we will first refund the total amount charged to the alternate form of payment. The remaining balance will be returned to you via your original PinkBlush eGift Card.
- Exchanges - At this time we are only able to offer exchanges for the same item and same color in a different size. Exchanges are offered for all returns within 30 days based on inventory availability and will be offered at the time of return submission. Exchanges through Happy Returns are currently only available on U.S. orders and will be shipped via Standard Shipping.

Domestic Returns
Returns sent back via Return Bar are always free within 30 days! Returns sent back with a pre-paid return label will incur a $5 fee that will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return Shipping Options- Use a PinkBlush pre-paid return label - A $5 USD return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount if a PinkBlush pre-paid return label is used.
- Return your items to a Return Bar - All returns sent back via a Return Bar are free within 30 days of delivery. Please process your return at our return center to see the closest Return Bar to you!

Ship the items on your own - Purchase postage from your preferred carrier. You’ll pay the carrier at the time you ship your return.
NOTE: Please be sure to include your RMA form to ensure your return can be processed correctly. When purchasing postage, we strongly encourage you to insure your package and record the tracking info. Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages which are not shipped with our label, and your return shipping costs cannot be reimbursed. -

- Contact us to create your return. We will send you your RMA form and pre-paid return shipping label (if desired).
- Securely package your return items along with your RMA form.
- Ship your package back to us using your preferred shipping method (if opting out of pre-paid label).
- We will email you when your return is processed. Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt of the return package at our warehouse and your refund will be sent to the original method of payment used for the order. Depending on your bank, it may take another 3-5 business days for your refund to post to your account.
International Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days from confirmed delivery date. To start, follow these 3 easy steps:
- Place all the items you want to return back into the original package or use your own packaging.
- Include the original invoice or e-mail confirmation receipt in the package. If you cannot locate the invoice, give us a call or email us at 888-428-1358 or support@shoppinkblush.com.

Simple as that! Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt and the payment is refunded via the method of your choice - either PinkBlush Store Credit, via eGift Card, or back to the original payment method (shipping charges are non-refundable).

PinkBlush reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and update this Policy at any time without notice.
If an incorrect or personal item is returned in error, we will do our best to locate the item, but PinkBlush is not liable for anything returned to us in error, and cannot guarantee it is found and returned. If the package has been delivered to us, please contact customer service and we will do our best to return the item back to you. If the package is still in transit, please contact the mail carrier and request a return to sender.
