  1. Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
    Yes! The server for PinkBlushMaternity.com uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that works with your browser – Netscape, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Chome and AOL – that allows only PinkBlushmaternity.com to read the personal information that you submit. You will know that you are in an encrypted area when you see a solid key (Netscape), or a closed lock (Internet Explorer, Chrome & AOL) in the lower lefthand corner of your browser window.
  2. What is the status of my order?
    If you would like to know the status of your order, check your order history in your My Account section.
  3. Can I modify or adjust my order?  No. To ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes after it has been placed.  
  4. How can I make a return?  If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return any of the items within 30 days, no questions asked! Check out our return process for more details.
  5. How long will it be before I receive my order?
    For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 4-10 business days. Priority mail shipments should arrive within 2-5 business days. See the Shipping section for more details on the various shipping options available.
  6. Can I expedite my shipping?

  7. What forms of payment do you accept?
    We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Paypal.  We don't accept American Express.
  8. Do you accept money orders or personal checks?
    At this time PinkBlush Maternity does not accept money orders or personal checks.
  9. Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?

  10. Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
    Yes. Please see our Shipping Options section for more details.
  11. What do you charge for shipping an order?
    Shipping prices may vary depending upon the order total, shipping class and ship to location. For more details, check out our Shipping Options section.
  12. I want to know if you carry a specific style/color/size?
    If you cannot find what you are looking for, please feel free to send us a request using our Contact Us section. Just because an item is not shown, does not mean that we do not have it available.
  13. Do you charge sales tax?
    We are required by law to collect sales tax on merchandise shipped to the state where PinkBlush Maternity has a physical presence. PinkBlush Maternity is located in Irvine, California, so all California addresses will be charged an additional 8.75% on the total of the order (not including shipping).
  14. Does PinkBlush Maternity offer a catalog?
    PinkBlush Maternity does not have a catalog available since the styles are constantly changing. You may purchase PinkBlush Maternity clothing by ordering online at PinkBlushmaternity.com.
