Need to Return?
Returns are easy! If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days from confirmed delivery date. To start, follow these 3 easy steps.
- Place all the items you want to return back into the original package or use your own packaging.
- Include the original invoice or e-mail confirmation receipt in the package. If you cannot locate the invoice, give us a call or email us at 949-393-4200 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Take the package to your preferred carrier, pay for postage and send the package to:

Simple as that! Returns are processed within 1-2 weeks of receipt and the payment is refunded back to the original form of payment (shipping charges are non-refundable).

Our Returns Policy
Returns must be sent (or postmarked) within 45 days of your order's original shipment date. Returns received after 30 days will be refunded in the form of store credit. All returns received after 45 days will not be accepted.
Items Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit:
- Givaways or promotional items with retail value.
- Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
- All items must be unwashed, unworn and include all original tags still attached to garment.
- Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date.
- Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
- All Accessories, Scarves, Intimates, Photoshoot Gowns, Baby Products, Skincare and Bags are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchange.
PinkBlush reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and update this Policy at any time without notice.
How do I return an item I received as a gift?
If you received an order from PinkBlush as a gift, you can still return! We'll issue you a PinkBlush store credit for the amount of the returned item(s) to your account

When purchasing postage, we strongly encourage you to insure your package and record the tracking info. Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages which are not shipped with our label, and your return shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.
