Thank you for shopping at PinkBlush! If something was wrong with your order, contact us right away so that we can make it right.

Eligibility Window:

  • Returns must be sent (or postmarked) within 30 days of your order's original shipment date. Returns received after 30 days will be refunded in the form of store credit. All returns received after 45 days will not be accepted.

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit:

  • Giftcards.
  • Givaways or promotional items with retail value.
  • Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
  • All items must be unwashed, unworn and include all original tags still attached to garment.
  • Shoes must be returned in original shoebox.
  • Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date.
  • Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
  • All Accessories, Scarves, Intimates, Photoshoot Gowns, Baby Products, Skincare, Bags and Clearance Items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchange.

Domestic Returns

  • PinkBlush now offers easy and convenient online returns on all U.S. orders! Print a pre-paid return label online for a simple returning experience or purchase your own postage. If pre-paid return label is used, a $5.00 credit will be deducted from your refund amount for each return initiated. Click here to start your return now.

International Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days from confirmed delivery date. To start, follow these 3 easy steps.
  1. Place all the items you want to return back into the original package or use your own packaging.
  2. Include the original invoice or e-mail confirmation receipt in the package. If you cannot locate the invoice, give us a call or email us at 949-393-4200 or [email protected]
  3. Take the package to your preferred carrier, pay for postage and send the package to:

Simple as that! Returns are processed within 7-14 business days of receipt and the payment is refunded back to the original form of payment (shipping charges are non-refundable).

* When purchasing postage, we strongly encourage you to insure your package and record the tracking info. Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages which are not shipped with our label, and your return shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.

PinkBlush reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and update this Policy at any time without notice.

If an incorrect or personal item is returned in error, we will do our best to locate the item, but PinkBlush is not liable for anything returned to us in error, and cannot guarantee it is found and returned. If the package has been delivered to us, please contact customer service and we will do our best to return the item back to you. If the package is still in transit, please contact the mail carrier and request a return to sender.
